Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with Swiss law and European consumer protection directives, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the deadline expires.

The product must be returned intact, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Sealed products cannot be returned if opened.

Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
