How much does it cost to ship the device?
Shipping costs approx. CHF 7–9 as a priority parcel. We apply a CHF 9 discount on the repair as a shipping cost refund.
How long does it take?
Diagnosis is free and done within 24h of receipt. If the part is in stock, we repair the same day and ship back via Priority (delivery usually 1 business day). If the part must be ordered, we tell you the expected time right away. Inbound shipping is your choice (approx. CHF 7–9).
What happens if the repair costs too much?
Diagnosis is always free. If you decline the quote, we ship your device back at no cost whatsoever.
How should I pack the device?
Remove SIM card and accessories. Wrap the device in bubble wrap. Use a sturdy box. You'll receive detailed instructions via email.
