How much does it cost to ship the device?

Shipping costs approx. CHF 7–9 as a priority parcel. We apply a CHF 9 discount on the repair as a shipping cost refund.

How long does it take?

2–3 business days after receiving the device, plus postal transit times each way (1–2 days).

What happens if the repair costs too much?

Diagnosis is always free. If you decline the quote, we ship your device back at no cost whatsoever.

How should I pack the device?

Remove SIM card and accessories. Wrap the device in bubble wrap. Use a sturdy box. You'll receive detailed instructions via email.

Can I check prices before shipping?
